What You’ll Do
EPAM Singapore is looking for a Software Engineer with Java expertise to build and deliver cloud-native applications, actively collaborate with our hybrid teams in relevant development and standardization efforts across the APAC region. - Design, develop, and deliver scalable, resilient, and future-proof technical solutions
- Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve optimal scope, time, and cost balance
- Ensure code quality by adhering to software standards and advocating for best practices with Fortify, SonarQube and Nexus IQ
- Identify and troubleshoot application code issues, providing feedback on user documentation
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Cloud Native, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD, guiding all levels of management and project teams
- Document requirements, code, and reports throughout the software development lifecycle
What Will Make You Shine
- 5 years of experience in full-stack software development
- Proven expertise in Cloud Native principles and technologies, including Microservices, RESTful APIs, containerization, TDD, unit/integration testing and Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of software system engineering principles and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Pair Programming
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- In-depth technical knowledge of Java 11+/Microservices, frameworks/libraries and APIs
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
