This Production Team Leader will be required to:
- ensure the production line runs smoothly
- compile and document relevant production information
- motivate team members in daily activities
- observe the current process and recommend improvement measures
This Production Team Leader is expected to:
- work on a 5.5 days work week (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am to 1pm)
- communicate and work closely with chinese speaking team
- be able to think critically and solve problems
- be willing to learn all the processes in production and be deployed to any parts of the production floor
