Responsibilities:
· Conduct daily operations routine checks, monitors and tracks condition of building and ensure issues regarding leakage, defects, pest control, landscape, CCTV, water features, lift, electrical, and kitchen equipment are in good order at all times
· Ensure media equipment are in order at all times
· Ensure timely reporting on the safety regulations and report breaches in workplace safety requirements
· Submit event/ defects/ maintenance summary reports, liaise with service vendors and project/ contractors and tracks rectification progress/ completion and contract renewals
· Assist in deployment of manpower for events (e.g. Waitresses, bar tenders, kitchen cleaners)
· Undertake the full scope of planning and execution of the event/ corporate visits such as organising catering etc
· Handle the entire dining aspects of the event to ensure that guest’s dining requirements are taken care of
· Manage manpower deployment to handle the event execution
· Manage and handle the inventory required for the sales gallery such as replenishment of bottled water, umbrellas and perishables etc
· Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
· Diploma in Property Management/ Hospitality
· At least 5 years of experience
· Well versed in Safe System of Work (SSoW) practices and safety regulations
· Candidates with F&B service industry experience will have an additional advantage
· Takes initiative, ownership, meticulous and pays attention to details
· Good time management, ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Customer service-oriented, good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
· Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
· Able to work on rotating shifts (including Sat, Sun and Public Holidays)
