Your duties include but not limited to :
- Understand product usage and confer with customers to determine system requirements
- Establishes new accounts & services existing accounts by calling & travelling to visit potential clients
- Preparations of proposals, deliver sales presentations, and negotiating terms of sale.
- Interpret tender documents & drawings.
- Attend site meeting, factory acceptance test and site inspection whenever required by customers.
- Liaise/ work closely with project team, manufacturer, customer, supplier or other product vendor.
- Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.
- Partner with sales team to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals to ensure sales targets are met
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Follow-up on overdue accounts if any
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
