Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding / Transportation
- Position Title: Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding)
- Working Location: Loyang Way
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (8:30 am – 5:30 pm / 9 am – 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic up to $2,500 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Handle documentation for all shipments, ensuring on-time collection and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process shipments diligently and efficiently.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding shipment status and attend to their requests earnestly.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, predicting and planning for their future needs.
- Ensure prompt closure of job files in alignment with month-end account closures.
- Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

- Minimum of GCE 'O' Level, 'N' Level, or ITE certification.
- Familiarity with Sysfreight software would be highly beneficial.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal aptitudes.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required.
