Job Description
■Legal Support (40%)
・Conduct review and drafting for Sales Terms and Condition between clients.
・Assist with drafting and reviewing formatted contract terms from the sales.
・Undertake any ad-hoc duties requested by Managing Director from time to time.
■Corporate planning(60%)
・Collate, consolidate and analyze data to prepare various reports for Management.
・Conduct internal and external reviews to identify and report strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and propose initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
・Formulate and implement organization’s strategy to achieve broad strategic goals.
・Coordinate with all departments to develop and implement action plans to achieve short- and long-term business goals as set out by HQ.
・Collaborate closely with all departments and Group to ensure new projects are aligned with organization’s strategies and values.
・Assist to monitor the planning and implementation of business initiatives to all functions, including provision of support assistance to all departments for smoothening project accomplishment.
・Manage and co-ordinate organization development initiatives by organizing regular management meetings.
Job Requirement
・1 years of related experience in Legal, compliance, regulatory requirements, etc
・Degree or Diploma in Business or Legal related studies
・ Detail-oriented with strong business sense.
・ Aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem-solving.
・ Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
・ Strong analytical thinking and management skills.
・ Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
