Position: Restaurant Services Manager(F&B Industry/Japanese speaking) (Job ID:18798)
Job Description
- Provide exception service to guests, manage reservations and handle customer feedback
- Ensure ample stock levels of ingredients and liaise with suppliers to replenish as necessary
- Manage the costs, sales and profit & loss of the store and other administrative matters
- Oversee the front of house staff and communicate with Japanese chef to ensure smooth operations
- Train service staff and maintain service levels
- Develop manuals and SOPs for the store etc.
Job Requirement
- 3-5 years of experience in F&B/retail or hospitality sectors, in a restaurant manager or assistant restaurant manager capacity
- Advanced conversational level of Japanese to communicate with chef from Japan and service Japanese speaking guests
- Able to work flexibly with midnight shifts
- Independent and able to manage and maintain service levels of the store
