Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and coordination efforts to ensure the efficient execution of projects.
- Contribute to the design process by providing technical input and expertise.
- Conceive engineering designs and solutions that align with project objectives.
- Create and maintain project documentation to ensure accurate records.
- Oversee key Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), on-site services, testing & commissioning to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Verify that products or systems meet specified requirements prior to deployment.
- Manage project warranty issues to ensure prompt warranty repair and service.
- Monitor project timelines & deliverables and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
- Furnish routine project progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with service engineers to plan and arrange necessary resources for project site execution.
- Address incoming project queries from customers professionally and efficiently.
- Generate project bill-of-materials (BOM) and work with the sales team to procure project integration parts.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree, preferably electrical or mechanical
- Preferably 2 to 3 years of work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust and professional work ethics
- Able to work independently.
