We are looking for a meticulous and committed Corporate Planning & Management Coordinator for one of our global shipping clients. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Group Planning and Management department with the following responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in corporate work, including planning, company regulations, and corporate communication. The candidate must be able to work well independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Checking internal approval documents.
- Arrangement of internal management meetings.
- Assist with Corporate communication & public relations.
- In charge of Subsidiary companies related matters.
- In charge of Company regulations related matters.
- Handling various contracts and related documentation and accounting.
- Input of accounting slips/ settlement of bunker hedge contracts.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of corporate working experience. Job experience for planning, internal audit, company regulations, company management department and subsidiary management is preferred.
- Good PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English language, strong in communication.
- Japanese speaking skill is preferred but not mandatory.
