Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives to streamline existing processes for operational efficiency
- Work with the respective operations team in each mall on the implementation of group initiatives to ensure consistency across all malls
- Achieve efficiency and procedural effectiveness through clearly defined SOPs (eg. In-tenancy SOP, Fit-out and Handover SOP, Arrears Management SOP, etc) and compliance with industry regulations
- Improve service standards and increase customer satisfaction in areas of tenant engagement, adequacy of mall facilities and amenities, as well as maintenance and upkeep of the malls
- Work with respective operations teams to gather operational insights for projects under development
Requirements
- Degree in Building, Real Estate or Business
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
