Le Bistrot Du Sommelier is the quintessence of the Cuisine Bourgeoise (Bourgeois Cuisine), plates must be generous and slow cooking is a priority.
We strive to introduce you to the world of natural wines, wines produced from organic or biodynamic grapes with very little intervention from the winemaker.
Our wine list brings you an unusual selection from small producers.
