Job Description:
· Manage full recruitment process including sourcing for candidates, posting job advertisements, interviewing, profiling, and talent management
· Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with clients, candidates & other collaborators
· Place candidates out to clients to assist in their staffing requirements
· Manage job offer closure and salary negotiation process
· Work closely with clients for business development and account management
