We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team for a 1-year contract, with the potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and communications plans to raise awareness and adoption of our innovative job search app. You will be a key player in driving leads, engagement, and ultimately, app downloads and usage.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for the job search app, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Create engaging and informative marketing materials, including: Website content and blog posts, Social media content and campaigns, Email marketing campaigns, Brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials
- Manage and execute marketing events, webinars, and workshops to showcase the app and build brand awareness.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, including website traffic, lead generation, and app downloads.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing technologies and trends.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product development, sales, and PR.
- Manage and execute assigned budget effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally within the technology or job search industry.
- Experience with content creation across various digital platforms (e.g., social media, websites, email).
- Experience with project management and event planning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing automation tools.
