- Responsible for improving manufacturing process and equipment capability to achieve higher production yield and quality
- Responsible in driving cost reduction programs through continual improvement activities
- Responsible for supervising plating technicians and operators in meeting manufacturing requirement
Requirements
- Min Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or relevant
- Min 2 years of working experience in plating industry
