Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) in data gathering, managing, monitoring and analysis for the projects from construction, Commissioning and operation.
- Creative content development, includes designing of proposals HSSE communications. Creation of templates to facilitate the teams in their submission of data and HSSE information.
- Support in the development of HSSE management system procedures, and communications of system updates and procedures.
- Interface with entities HSSE professionals & provide support and improve HSSE performance, data analysis developing lessons learnt communications.
- Plan and organize HSSE related activities or events to promote and educate staff on good safety culture and good work practices.
- Support Develop in house training material/video, organise and maintain records.
- Prepare or review publication materials for clear HSE matters communication with Engie staff and contractor partners workforce.
- Website and Analytics. Maintain corporate HSSE Quality website’s content for the region while ensuring that all contents are accurate and up to date.
- Develop the HSE Communications by working through HSSE teams with research and presentation activities as and when required.
- Analyse industry HSE trends to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
- Conduct EHS inspection when necessary.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Occupational Safety/Health or equivalent
- At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in construction and/or manufacturing industry
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Creative thinker with good design sense, strong visualization skills and good portfolio in multimedia design.
- Proficient in Adobe Cloud and other multimedia design tools, MS Office, particularly advanced levels in Word and PowerPoint
- Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator qualified Adv Workplace Safety and Health Certificate is an advantage
- Obtained other WSH qualification like Work At height Manager, Confined Space Assessor, WSH Risk Management qualification is an advantage
