- Working with Project Manager / Engineer on tender’s requirements.
- Understand the LTA’s guidelines on the DCPS submission.
- Check processes and guidelines are adhere-to within limit of authority.
- Support Project Manager / Engineer on the design / specifications of Schindler products. (Lifts & Escalators).
- Attend site meetings with Project Manager / Engineer to review / advise on LTA’s comments.
- Comply and ensure that orders, offers and studies are processed in accordance to tender specifications, as-sold specifications, and contract requirements.
- Comply with local ‘Code of Practice’ relating to design.
- Comply with Group directives.
- Comply with Group Product Lines wherever applicable.
- Monitor local regulations and feedback to Group (if necessary).
- Perform works in highest ethics and values.
- Avoiding errors and reducing financial risk during construction.
- Ensuring designs are available to those who need them, at the appropriate time.
