Our client, within the Financial Services industry, is currently looking to hire an Office Manager to support them in office management. This role will start off on a 3 months contract and will then be converted to a permanent staff.
The Role
As an Office Manager, you are required to ensure the office is well maintained, attend to guests and calls, purchase office stationery, arrange for courier services, handle expense claims and reports, coordinate meetings, making travel and hotel arrangements, order refreshments, visa applications, organizing events as well as involved with any related ad hoc tasks.
Your Profile
You should have degree or diploma in secretarial/business discipline and bring along with you a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the relevant capacity. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are detailed oriented, have good time management as well as problem solving skills. Prior knowledge in finance and accounting will be advantageous.
