Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop publicity strategies on social media (such as Xiaohongshu, FACEBOOK, etc.), support A Plus's Future Strategic Profile.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, IT, Business Administration or closely related field from recognized educational institution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Business Development experience with good networks and experience.
- Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
