ASSISTANT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop publicity strategies on social media (such as Xiaohongshu, FACEBOOK, etc.), support A Plus's Future Strategic Profile.
  2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  4. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  6. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  8. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, IT, Business Administration or closely related field from recognized educational institution.
  2. Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  3. Business Development experience with good networks and experience.
  4. Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
  5. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  6. The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
