Key Responsibilities:
Be CHANEL Ambassador: Brand, Creativity & Expertize and Style at all times
- Create Desire and build Chanel Dream by sharing with Passion and the art of story telling The Chanel Difference (Heritage & Modernity, Product Craftsmanship, unique Brand positioning)
- Further inspire the customer through styling advise and commitment to respect her uniqueness while helping her to find in all of our product offering what will truly and intimately fit her
- Rely and nurture his or her knowledge of the Luxury Industry and Fashion trends to advise clients with an insightful eye
Create the Ultimate Service Experience in Boutique and during Event
- Reflect the Image Standards of the House: Grooming, Gesture and Language. Show warmth, sophistication and refinement in all circumstances
- Maintain VM standards & Boutique overall condition front and back of house (clean, safe, comfortable)
- Welcome all clients with sincerity and generosity and guide them throughout the boutique. Take care and advise client with the highest standards in mind together with a personalized touch
- Help to elevate and align the WFJ Client experience with Fashion
- Fully understand the After Sales service policy. Pamper all After Sales Service Clients. Strive for excellence in handling objections or conflicts and turning them into opportunities
- Able to carry out simple interventions : bracelet sizing, change of bracelet, time-setting, cleaning
- Propose any other Chanel Service to enhance service experience (Proactive service, Home delivery, alteration if applicable...)
- Participate to High Jewelry events and contribute on developing visibility and awareness within Fashion & WFJ customers
- Collaborate closely with the Style Expertize Team during Mix & Match opportunities (Style exercise, Fashion events, New launches)
Coach, share Knowledge and be the Ultimate Reference in Watch making and Fine Jewelry in local market
- Support FAs to reinforce their confidence and develop their knowledge on WFJ, as well as supporting all FAs in presenting Watches and Precious Jewelry as part of the CHANEL silhouette
- Support new comers on basics (collection, movements, CHANEL expertise): on-the-job training, coaching
- Contribute on developing visibility and awareness within the Fashion team of the High End segment
- Promote collaboration and synergy within the NAC Hub, and with other boutiques
Foster long lasting relationships with clients today and tomorrow
- Build a true understanding of client personality, style and lifestyle by showing true appreciation and respect
- Set up a privileged relationship based on trust, professionalism and WFJ advise
- Develop own client portfolio with support of Retail CEM / CEM expert :
- Follow up on assigned client portfolio and retain relationship with client in the long term
- Identify and engage new clients with potential (New client from Fashion, Conversion of After Sale clients, Reactivation of lapsed WFJ clients)
- Build in depth client intelligence through accurate and qualitative client data capture
- Proactively share with Boutique Leadership client feedbacks on products, service standards, client needs / expectations, client experience, client behavior / trends etc.
Contribute Qualitatively & Quantitatively to WFJ and Fashion boutique performance
- Clearly understand his or her own business objectives. Set the right plan in motion to successfully achieve targets : knows well stock inventories, propose alternative, demonstrate good selling and closing skills
- Contribute actively to the performance of the High End segment
- Participate in the animation of Morning Briefings & Meetings. Actively share relevant information on products and client feedbacks
- Ensure smooth & efficient boutique operations as assigned. Strictly comply with Boutique SOP on - but not limited to :
- Merchandising : handling movements, stock status
- Registration process: new customer, CASS…
- Safety of clients, staff and merchandise
