Job Scope
You are expected to assist the HOD Corporate Services Team, to provide support to the Corporate Services Team in the areas of Digitalisation Transformation and Corporate Administration, and Secretarial Support to ensure the well functioning of its day to day operations.
Main Job Role:
- Digitalisation Transformation Process and Work Systems
- Corporation Administration (internal work process, office administration supporting office communication (internal and external stakeholders), funding and grant management
- Secretarial support to Council Board and regulatory compliance to various stakeholders
Technical Competencies:
- Minimum A Levels or Diploma or Degree holders
- Experienced working in corporate services
- IT Savvy
- Effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Core Competencies:
- Good team player with pleasant disposition
- Meticulous, with attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Good time management
- Effective communication skills
Preferred achievements / characteristics:
Proficient in software (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Communications Information Technology working knowledge and experience
