Job scope
· To develop and execute strategic plan in order to hit the annual sales target (80% hunter , 30% farmer)
· To be accountable for sales result
· To draft proposals which is win win for client and company
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and be always be on the ground to understand client’s need
· To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
· A degree in engineering or business studies
· Min 5 years in senior sales /sales manager position.
· Have established contact with consultant/ building owner/ system owner
· Proven record of building strong team with year on year strong sales performance growth
Added advantage
· Experience in Security Industry or extra low voltage system(ELV)
