Job scope
Building M&E infrastructure Technical n operation
· Able to troubleshoot and carry out repair work for M&E Infrastructures services in Data Center
· Manage Technical Operation Team’s day-to-day operations (Exp: repair work, routine servicing, maintenance & T&C processes)
· To liase with n manage customer’s expectation
Department budget
· Manage department resources to ensure continuous smooth operations
· Manpower management
· Monitor and conduct review on department manpower competency level
- Ensure continuous training/improvement plan is in place across the technical team
Quality control
· Conduct quality checks on works completed
· Ensure regular review of equipment refresh for customers
Safety:
· Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Assurance regulations
Requirements
· Min Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical or relevant discipline
· 5 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years in managerial position
· M&E technical knowledge or operation or both
· Fire Safety Manager certified
