Program Director
a. Management for program on after sales activities (warranties, retrofit campaign, SB, SIL, CID).
b. Responsibilities to organize, coordinate and monitor all elements of the program, with the support of all the departments (more specifically Sales and Marketing, Sales Administrator, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality) and the OEMs in order to satisfy the contracting parties or customers.
c. Provide internal direction, leadership and accountability for key program management efforts among and across all departmental lines. Able to anticipate and facilitate problem solving between the customers, the OEM (SED, SEP, SLS, SVS) and our company.
d. In charge of the contract application and follows the economical repair performance of the MRO shop through the repair costs, and reliabilities. Thus, contributes to the company’s product economic
strategy in interaction with OEMs.
e. Any other duties assigned
Experience and Qualifications:
Must possess 6 Sigma Green Belt training with project management skills. Strong experience in Lean-Sigma Tools.
Experience in 5S, QRQC, Problem Analysis, and Global Continuous Improvement methodologies in an industrial workshop environment.
At least 5 years’ experience in the aerospace environment.
Strong analytical skills, pro-active, adaptable and driven team player who is able to work independently.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to communicate in French language.
Hand on experience in project management in terms of costs, risk and schedule management.
Having knowledge of ISO14001 / OHSAS18001 will be advantageous
