Roles & Responsibilities:
- Business Development via cold-emailing, cold-calling, launching a variety of initiatives in business development and marketing aimed at acquiring new corporate clients and expanding your personal client portfolio.
- Tailoring strategies and solutions to meet the specific demands of the client's recruitment objectives.
- Identifying and sourcing candidates through comprehensive research and analysis, posting job advertisements and facilitating candidate referrals, to maintain a steady pool of candidates aligned with client requirements.
- Briefing potential candidates on the opportunities presented by the client and ensuring alignment with their career goals.
- Overseeing the recruitment lifecycle from initial interviews to the offer stage and beyond.
- Providing ongoing support and communication to both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Prepare invoices and follow up on payment status.
Requirements:
- Min 1 year proven track records in recruitment, sales, business development or similar experience.
- Attained CEI certification.
- Good understanding of sourcing and recruiting process.
- Confident, sales driven and results oriented.
