Job scope
(1) Provide comprehensive administrative support across various departments.
(2) Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees.
(3) Support recruitment process, onboarding and offboarding processes and general human resource matter
(4) Oversee the expense claim process, ensuring adherence to company policies and accuracy
(5) Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
(6) Act as a liaison between employees and management for administrative, HR, and travel-related matters.
Requirement
· 3 years’ experience in office administration, HR, or related roles.
· Proficient with Microsoft office
