Responsibilities
- Daily routine testing of parameters for wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), which includes testing
- for PH, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) cell test, Conductivity, VOC & H2S, Fluoride, Chloride,
- Phosphate & Sulphate content using an Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS),
- Cyanide, Phenol and Total Dissolved solids (TDS) from the various tanks in the plant.
- Presented and implemented a new Third-party water test standard form for lab technicians to use,
- that significantly reduced the amount of errors and risks of missing out a critical test when reporting
- to the National Environmental Agency (NEA).
- Conducted Daily maintenance and calibration for instruments and equipment throughout the lab.
Requirements
- Min Nitec in Mechanical/Chemical/Chemistry Engineering
- Min 2 years experience in Manufacturing/Semicon Company
- Strong experience in Waste Water/ Ultra Pure Water Systems
