- Responsible to develop new business in your relevant territory, reach out to prospects and generate leads
- Developing and executing business development plans to meet or exceed the company’s sales objectives
- Provide excellence in customer relationship management
- Conduct presentations and product / tools demonstrations to hair salons
- Actively manage interactions with current and prospective customers
- Participating in sales team meetings and suggesting suitable options for achieving targets
- Working closely with the internal team to maximise existing opportunities
- To conduct training for individual salons
- Design and implementation of in-house training and coaching sessions
- Assist in the organisation and launching of new hair tool product
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in haircare industry
- 2 years of training experience in the industry will have added advantage
- Minimum O level / Diploma Holder
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills is a must
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and pleasant personality
- Results-driven and proactive self-starter with strong analytical skills

- Basic + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + Commission
- 5 days’ work week (9.00am to 6.00pm)
- Office directly connected to Paya Lebar MRT (Paya Lebar Square Office Tower)
