about the job
- Source for new transactions from existing and new customers from Singapore and Australia
- Prepare credit applications and reviews, projecting cash flows for the sector
- Handling of loan documentation, monitoring of loan process (particularly construction facility) and KYC process
- Mentoring new joiners in the team
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Team Lead, you’ll be part of a dynamic team with good teamwork and working culture.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor degree with at least 5 years of relevant corporate banking experience in Real Estate sector/ Real Estate financing
- Strong in credit analysis, financial analysis and experienced with loan documentation
