Forecasting, Inventory Planning, and Logistics:
- Responsible for inventory planning, including replenishment, purchase order processing, and order tracking.
- Support new product launches and manage claims against suppliers for damaged or short supplied stocks.
- Maintain monthly inventory levels and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Analyze business risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation plans.
- Act as the first escalation point for supply disruptions and provide administrative support.
- Build strong relationships with teams, suppliers, and partners.
- Conduct forecast checks, collaborate with commercial teams to improve demand accuracy.
Continuous Improvement/Reporting:
- Collaborate with commercial teams to reduce market returns and minimize business waste.
- Prepare management meeting decks and analyze SCM reports.
- Recommend and implement cost and process improvement opportunities.
- Drive improvement initiatives in supply and inventory management.
- Support supply chain digital transformation and collaboration with external parties.
Leadership & Development:
- Oversee supply activities across chilled and ambient categories to meet business objectives.
- Provide backup for colleagues as needed.
Other Duties:
- Perform any other assigned duties and responsibilities.
Requirement
- Min. Degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field may be required, although relevant work experience could also be considered.
- Has pior experience in inventory management , familiarity with regulatory requirements, or experience in a particular sector may be necessary.
