Responsibilities:
- Acquire approval scope of works and ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements.
- Prepare and develop detailed schedule for project implementation.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process, including Builders; and M&E works, to
- ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Carry out site meetings with the client and all sub-contractors to review progress, address any issues.
- Prepare and review quotations from sub-contractors, and assign them according to project needs
- Create and track project costs and providing regular reports on project profitability.
- Perform testing and commissioning of Builder, LAN, M&E works, etc.
- Carry out thorough handover inspection with the client to obtain endorsement and ensure their
- satisfaction.
- Address and promptly rectify any defects identified.
- Gather and provide As-Built Drawings and Fire Safety Certificate for the landlord or clients.
- Ensure up-to-date claims and variations, obtaining approval and endorsement.
- Prepare and provide a progress payment claims and variation orders for billing.
- Submit the drawing in a timely manner to achieve the release of renovation deposits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Project Management or Quantity Surveyor
- With at least 4-6 years of experience with leadership role in Construction or Design Industry.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
