As an intern at Tiny Rabbit Hole, you may be involved in the following (depending on your preferences):
Marketing
- Managing social media platforms (IG, FB, Tiktok)
- Creation of marketing collaterals for promotion of events and workshops
- Developing marketing strategy to improve TIny Rabbit Hole's brand presence
Operations
- Opening and closing of shop (cleaning/arranging/presentable)
- Re-stocking, arranging, stock checking in retail section
- Updating e-commerce platforms with new products, monitor stock qty, updating purchaser
- Customer service offline (shoes off, invite to the shop)
- Customer service online (emails/facebook/shopee/lazada)
- Checking out of orders (using POS, packing into paper bags)
- Product knowledge
Order/Shipping Operations
- Packing and shipping of orders (shopify/shopee/lazada)
- Assisting the operations team (liaise with Eve)
Workshops
- Arrange student attendance
- Arrange tables/chairs before and after workshop
- Assist in workshops (packing kits/teaching)
- Take photos/videos during the session
Art Jamming
- Arrange tables/chairs/machines before and after workshop
- Getting ready the materials for teaching
- Running the sessions
- Take photos/videos during the session
