Job Responsibilities:
- Digital acquisition campaigns marketing comms, terms and conditions
- Creatives updates on acquisition websites/ EDMS
- Maintaining all the source codes and tracking codes for acquisition websites
- Campaign and Performance Tracking
- Liaising with merchant partners eg Shopee, aggregators for fulfilment
- Planning customer engagement communications
- Raise necessary requests via systems and sending for approvals
- Campaigns Management and Fulfillment
- COB forms cutover and maintenance
- Crafting and clearance of terms and conditions for campaigns
- Raise and follow-up on requests for monthly telesales campaigns
- Assist in any admin and projects as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma / Degree in any related field
- Meticulous and with attention to detail
- Computer skills on Microsoft programs (Outlook, Powerpoint & Excel)
