- Reporting to the CEO
- Manage and maintain CEO's appointment/calendar
- Point of contact for the CEO with associated company heads, local/overseas business units, directors and all external parties.
- Briefing the CEO on the agenda before every meeting
- Collecting all the reports on behalf of the management
- Having a daily schedule prepared for the CEO
- Acting as a bridge between management and employees
- Assist the CEO during meetings
- Plan CEO outstation trips
- Assist in oversea trip bookings
- Deputise CEO during his absence
- Minutes taking
- Translation between English and Chinese
- Perform any other Ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, co-ordination and time management skills.
- Able to multi-task and have an eye for details.
- Good judgment, professional, diplomacy and discretion, sense of urgency and initiative.
- Possess excellent command of written & spoken in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking Senior Management, Associates and Guests).
