PERSONAL ASSISTANT

  • Reporting to the CEO
  • Manage and maintain CEO's appointment/calendar
  • Point of contact for the CEO with associated company heads, local/overseas business units, directors and all external parties.
  • Briefing the CEO on the agenda before every meeting
  • Collecting all the reports on behalf of the management
  • Having a daily schedule prepared for the CEO
  • Acting as a bridge between management and employees
  • Assist the CEO during meetings
  • Plan CEO outstation trips
  • Assist in oversea trip bookings
  • Deputise CEO during his absence
  • Minutes taking
  • Translation between English and Chinese
  • Perform any other Ad-hoc duties assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, co-ordination and time management skills.
  • Able to multi-task and have an eye for details.
  • Good judgment, professional, diplomacy and discretion, sense of urgency and initiative.
  • Possess excellent command of written & spoken in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking Senior Management, Associates and Guests).
