Responsibilities:
Marketing: -
- Conduct market research and intelligence to establish potential business.
- Determine and advise on the existing sales levels to assess market and future trends.
- Appointment and management of distributorship for the continued development of product concerned.
- Plan, advise and direct the new products development.
- Develop and Achievement of: (a) expansion customers base (b) New Registration Target (c) New Product
- Planning Reports: (a) Market Analysis & Information (b) Registration Plan (c) Weekly Work Planning
Sales: -
- Sales Forecast Target Achievement
- Maximize profitability of the business
- Handle sales enquiries promptly
- Attend to customer's visit and arrange for entertainment for customers
- Preparation of Distribution Agreement, Contracts, etc.
- Computation of Cost Sheets
Administration: -
- Prepare and submit Sales Report to Superior
- Preparation of monthly & yearly Sales Forecast, product forecast and any other ad hoc forecast
- Ensure smooth inter-department co-ordination in the order processing flow
- Maintenance of good department filing system
- Assist Finance Department in payment collection
- Attend to ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Superiors
- Carrying out task according to the ISO 9002
- Understand international payment term & shipping procedure
- Assist the Sales coordinator in completing their work in time
Requirements:
- Qualification- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- International sales experience is a must
- Willing to travel overseas once a year
