What You'll Do:
- Implement class programs in alignment with the center's policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy.
- Guide primary school children (primary 1 to 6) to complete daily homework tasks effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and cater to their educational and developmental needs on an individual basis.
- Prepare and maintain teaching resources, ensuring a conducive learning environment in the classroom.
- Foster and nurture relationships with both children and parents.
- Deliver the brand's distinctive enrichment programs.
- Serve as an inspiring role model, embodying creativity and a positive mindset.
- Ensure the safety and punctual transfer of students between school and the center.
- Uphold safety protocols within the premises.
- Undertake any other assigned duties by the Centre Director.
What You'll Need:
- Possess a diploma or higher in any discipline, along with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with primary school students.
- Proficient in teaching primary school subjects.
- Demonstrates effective communication and classroom management skills.
- Displays enthusiasm, energy, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Exhibits creativity, warmth, and a consistently positive demeanor.
