Working Hours: 5 days a week (Office hours)
Basic Up to $2400
Job objectives:
- Provide support and oversight to our finance team
- Ensure all accounting documentation is correctly stored and highly visible
- Receive and verify billing and requisitions on any and all goods and services
- Coordinate Daily between accounts and other key stakeholders for payments
- Maintaining system input where necessary.
- Responsible for applications of bank financing and maintaining bank documents and financing documentation.
- Contact clients to capture timely payments
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all outstanding supplier, customer, and third-party vendor obligations
- Process, send, and store all bank deposits and invoices
- Maintenance of internal AR and AP processes, reminding internal stakeholders and generation of weekly reports necessary for AR and AP timely collection/disbursement.
- Identify and address discrepancies in all documentation
- Update all databases and spreadsheets related to accounting
- Other adhoc task
Requirement
- Proven experience in similar role
- No experience is welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
