Kokando Singapore is a dynamic and innovative medical and healthcare company based in Singapore. We specialize in medical/healthcare as well as OEM services and are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to contribute to our growth and success in the Singapore market.
Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
· Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
· Provide product samples for testing to potential clients, ensuring a hands-on experience with our offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
· Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales Targets:
· Set and achieve sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
· Prepare and implement sales plans to maximize revenue opportunities.
· Utilize sales strategies to effectively close deals and secure contracts.
Market Analysis:
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
· Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and market demands.
Requirements:
· Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales.
· Familiarity with the medical/healthcare market in Singapore.
· Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for business use.
