Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing & Administration
- To work closely with payroll vendor to process payroll for the shore employees, including but not limited to ad-hoc payroll, IR21, Annual Income Tax preparation and submission in compliance with local tax regulation
- Check and ensure accurate payment for allowance and claims
- Monitor and submission of government grants application such as maternity, paternity, childcare leave and etc
HR Operations
- Support the HRBP in the recruitment process, on-boarding and off-boarding
- Handle and attend to all enquiries from employees and provide guidance and clarifications on staff insurance matters
- Application, renewal, cancellation and monitoring of work passes as well as dependant pass for employee’s family member
- Apply and coordinate training programs
- Assist in planning and co-ordination of staff engagement activities
- Corporate credit card application, renewal, and cancellation
Job qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in HR/ Business/ Accounting or a relevant discipline
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently
- Enthusiastic and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude
- Ability to manage and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
- At least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in payroll processing
- Knowledge of Singapore labour law
- This position reports to the HR Manager.
