Job Description:
- Process end-to-end payroll for a large organisation
- File tax clearance (for foreign resignees) and annual tax submission to IRAS.
- Liaise with HR team to retrieve data and input relevant pay elements.
- Support and implement improvements to system enhancement and payroll processes.
- Maintain a secured archival of payroll files for audit.
- Provide support for audit on payroll matters.
- Attend to all employee inquiries.
- Assist in WICA renewal.
- Update of payroll documentation for proper storage and retrieval of records.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Min. 4 years of payroll processing working experience in large organization.
- Singaporeans only.
- Experience in Timesoft Payroll System.
