Job Title: Assistant Spa Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the financial budget, control costs and prepare expenses reports for the Operations Manager.
- Ensure the Spa operating procedures and policies are implemented, complied and updated as required.
- Manage client feedback.
- Co-ordinate spa promotions and other marketing activities to maximize Spa position in the market.
- Uphold gracious front desk procedures in booking and handling of customers.
- Check inventory of health and beauty products.
- Implement ongoing skills training to ensure service standards are being upheld.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum with Diploma in Beauty/Spa Therapy
- Minimum of 3 years in SPA Management
- Detail-oriented and possess pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
