HR and Admin Manager

The HR and Admin Manager will be managing the HR and Admin functions for Malaysia (KL) and Singapore offices. Total headcount is about 30. This rile will report to the General Manager.


Key responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, payroll management, and HRIS management. Experience in managing employee records, generating HR reports, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and facilitating the on-boarding/induction process.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in SGP and M/SIA. Recommending improvements and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Lead administration relating to HR key initiatives including performance management, compensation, promotion cycles, job changes. Administer performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Organize and participate in company events to promote a positive work culture.
  • Admin Function: Ensure office administration and purchasing processes are well documented and accountable for.

Requirements

  • Hold a qualification in Human Resource/Business Admin with min 5 years of relevant experiences. Those who are Senior HR Executive or Assistant Manager with relevant experience are welcome to apply)
  • Well-versed in Singapore and Malaysia labour laws and regulations
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills
  • Independent as well as be able to work well in a team
  • Detailed, Pro-active, hands-on, self-motivated and eager to acquire knowledge.
  • Solid problem-solving skill and experience in working in a fast-paced environment.

Other Information:

Working days: Mon to Thursday in office. Friday work from home

Office location: Lavender MRT area
