Payroll Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in payroll preparation and processing including verifying attendance, overtime payment and resignation etc.
  • Check and process invoices submitted by outsourced agencies
  • Handle employees' queries on payroll-related matters
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the HR and Admin functions and duties
  • Provide administrative support to the department

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative/Business Studies
  • At least 2 years of managing a high volume payroll (500+ pax)
  • Familiar with the Employment Act and MOM law
  • Meticulous and detailed
  • Good communication skills
