Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support (issue invoices etc) to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Apply phytosanitary certs, related docs, import & export declarations
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines & hauliers to ensure documentations are in order & timely completion of tasks
- Liaise with customers & suppliers for POs, invoices, shipping docs
- Assist in HR support (eg WP, SP applications, renewals & cancellations)
- Assist in manual fruit packing when required
- Required to WFH on some weekends for air cargo permit declarations
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least A-level / Diploma and above or equivalent
- 1-3 years relevant work experience in admin roles
- Proficient in Microsoft office (especially Excel)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Possess good communication and written skills
- Singaporeans/PR only
- 5-day work week (Mon-Fri) from 8am-5pm
