Roles and Responsibilities
- Receiving of shipments, report on shortages/excess/damaged shipments upon receipt.
- Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist the maintenance and repair of store equipment and technology.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory checks to prevent shrinkage and to ensure the accuracy of stock levels.
- Administration & inventory documentation work.
- Ensuring all store operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies are up to date.
- Organizing of stocks in warehouse when necessary.
- Assist in loading and unloading of heavy load.
- Assist in delivery arrangement.
- Other Ad-hoc work assigns by Store Manager or Management.
Requirements
- Computer literate
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual
- Experience in housekeeping
