The Opportunity

As the art director you’re a natural collaborator who loves to partner others with what you know - be they clients, creative peers or business leads. We do need you to be a constant stream of innovation, drive company, customer, and revenue growth across the businesses that will get others excited. You are responsible for presenting and selling the work to senior clients. We do need you to be a constant stream of innovation, story tell brand propositions with relevant consumer centric approach, develop consumer activities that excite others. You are responsible for presenting and selling the work to senior clients. You will lead and execute creative development and strategy, storytelling concepts, and establish the direction of the overall creative being developed for various projects. You carry a professional temperament and gravitas; are a passionate and magnetic presenter and a champion of people and agency initiatives.


The Work

  • Ideate, craft and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals
  • Is responsible for the proper placement, context and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment
  • Develop creative ideas that meets both our clients’ objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company’s expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism
  • Present, share and review creative work with Creative Director/s, Account Management and Strategy Leads as well as members of the Management Team
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
  • Collaborate effectively with Client Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work

Qualifications

  • You have about 2-3 years of work experience and a book brimming with brave ideas and outstanding craft, some that saw the light of day, and maybe some that didn’t
  • You’re a keen student of life, open and curious, always willing to learn and devoted to your art
  • You’re a designer. Every surface, every channel, every medium, social or otherwise, is your canvas. You’re just where people are
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines
  • Understands and uses the latest in computer design software
  • After hours work and overnight traveling to shoots and post sessions required
  • Naturally well organised and unfazed when working towards deadlines
