Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:


· Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties, including the incorporation of new companies, registration of branches, representative offices and other entities, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and the relevant laws

· Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients consisting of private companies, foreign companies and listed companies that we administer on behalf of our clients

· Liaise with and advise clients on company formation, company statutory administration, work passes, and other related matters

· Liaise, prepare necessary documents, arrange for statutory filing, and maintain statutory records on all matters related to incorporation, annual compliance, and ad-hoc requests for our clients

· Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff

· Attending board / committee meetings and recording of minutes of meetings

· Handle client acceptance and compliance (including maintaining clients KYC records)

· Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirement

· Handle scrutineer services for listed companies’ general meetings


Requirements:


o At least 6 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience

o CSIS / ICSA qualified, if possible

o Experience working with a diverse portfolio of private and listed companies across various industries and jurisdictions

o Adept at handling multiple projects independently with excellent planning skills

o Good organising and coordinating skills

o Good command of spoken and written English

o Good attention to details

o Adopt a positive leadership approach towards empowering and coaching team members
