Responsibilities
Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
Reporting to the Board of Directors in Japan, providing market insights and strategic advice.
Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency.
Overseeing the company’s business operations, financial performance and investments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or a similar major is required.
Extensive experience as a Managing Director or in a similar role in the oil and gas industry.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Proficient in Japanese (written and spoken) and English on a professional level.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
