Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the end to end PMO related functions for the project such as billings, procurement, resource planning, client deliverables management & project status reporting.
  • Work closely with the project team in the preparation of the project status reports and ensure timely submission
  • Participate in client meetings for project status updates and document action points where needed
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure that delivery timelines are met, and project related deliverables are completed without delay
  • Provide support in resource planning and coordinate with HR in the tracking of open resourcing demands along with the processing of resource onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist in the management of assets and any administrative requests within the account


Job Requirements:

  • Delivery Operations Control (P3 - Advanced)
  • Microsoft Excel (P3 - Advanced)
