About the role

We are excited to welcome an Client Account Service Executive who wants to be part of an exciting growth story. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our key clients through understanding their business needs and proposing solutions that align with our products/services. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role is based in Singapore where you’ll work directly alongside our founders and leadership team to grow our business globally, and travel to visit key accounts. This is the perfect role for someone who is eager to bring immediate impact and shape our global sales organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development.
  • Sales Presentations:
    • Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products/services.
    • Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
    • Understand client objectives and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
    • Lead negotiation efforts to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
    • Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, providing accurate and timely sales forecasts.
    • Utilize CRM tools to track and document all client interactions and sales activities.
  • Market Awareness:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
    • Use market knowledge to position our products/services effectively.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
