Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities:


  • Arrange and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Plan meetings and record detailed minutes.
  • Ensure that all activities and decisions are documented and followed up on.
  • Provide general support to clients and guests.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and other organizational activities as assigned.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements:


  • Diploma/ ITE in any Business discipline or equivalent
  • Strong inter-personal, Read, written, and communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Diligent and willing to learn
  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Mon - Friday (10am - 6pm) / Saturday or Sunday (10am - 2pm)
  • Location Telok Ayer MRT Station (3-Min walk)
