Responsibilities:
- Arrange and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Plan meetings and record detailed minutes.
- Ensure that all activities and decisions are documented and followed up on.
- Provide general support to clients and guests.
- Develop and maintain good relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction and other organizational activities as assigned.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ ITE in any Business discipline or equivalent
- Strong inter-personal, Read, written, and communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Diligent and willing to learn
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Mon - Friday (10am - 6pm) / Saturday or Sunday (10am - 2pm)
- Location Telok Ayer MRT Station (3-Min walk)
